Payment Methods 
 • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across all governorates of Egypt.
 • Online payment by credit and debit cards (Visa/Mastercard).
 • Online payment via e-wallets (Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, and other supported wallets).
 • All transactions are fully secured through a trusted payment gateway; card details are never stored on our servers.
 • Installment plans are not currently available and will be announced once introduced. Delivery Areas & Timeframes
 • Delivery is available to all governorates across Egypt
 • Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: 1-3 business days
 • Other governorates: 3-5 business days.
Shipping Fees
 • Shipping fees vary depending on the customer's location and distance from the distribution center, and are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
 • A tracking number or order status update is sent as soon as the order is shipped.
